I ordered a big king vegetable burger, they gave it burnt, with black edges, the bun also had black remains from the burger itself. The manager was kindly asked to change the burger due to its condition and she told us no, she was not changing it because that was the case. I have eaten this burger several times and it has never been burnt. I was left without dinner and without the money for the order. The Angus burger is a shoe sole, it has none of the juiciness that characterizes it, it is not worth paying the difference of a normal burger, apart from the day I went at 5pm they started cleaning the dust and the changing the signs with customers inside.
