Guy taking orders at the drive thru was extremely rude. When we spoke to a manager about it, she didn't seem to care. When we checked our receipt, they had only charged us for half of what we ordered. When we waved the manager over, she automatically knew what we were going to say (which leads me to believe it was done on purpose) and told us it was a mix up with another person's discount (we got the 2 for $4 and two medium hash browns and biscuits and gravy). The hash browns and biscuits and gravy weren't even on the first receipt and she clearly wasn't going to fix it unless we said something ?. So we had to pay another transaction just to get what we ordered the first time. Absolutely horrible manager. Usually when we come through the drive thru here, employees are polite and service is quick. We've not had a problem with anybody else there except this manager and that guy manning the drive thru. I wouldn't say not to eat here, but definitely make sure you pay attention to your receipts and double check your bags.
Really disappointing. We ordered and used a coupon. They gave us our total. We drove up to the window to pay. They lost our order and gave us a different total (several dollars more), explaining that they lost the order so they couldn?t honor the price. We could afford the extra dollars, but it was more the principle of it. They messed up and instead of just asking for the codes again, they wanted to charge us more. We declined and went elsewhere.
Service is always fast and the food is, well it?s fast food, but it?s pretty good and reliable for a BK! Aside from that, the employees are some of the friendliest I?ve had the pleasure of being served by. Shout out to ?Rose? with the cool mask and the blonde lady working the drive through!
Run of the mill Burger King, with good service and the traditional items. I have never been inside but the drive-through is fast and the staff is efficient.
