Burger King - Tisch reservieren

Usually this place is good, and while the food is good I was not pleased with the service I had one evening. I came in at 10pm looked at the sign it says it closes in dining at 12:00 on one, 11:00 on the other so I figured I had at least an hour to dine in after walking in the cold air for ten minutes. After placing the order I was not allowed to make my own fountain drink by staff which was odd because the customer fountain seemed to be working well. I started to walk to the back to sit down, when a staff member yelled at me that the back area was closed, which seemed unnecessary. If the back is closed, then please just close it off with chairs or signs, being yelled at makes me not feel very well due to suffering from RSD and trauma. Furthermore, they hand me my meal and tell me to leave so that they can clean the floors. Which frustrated me a lot because there was an hour before in-dining was closed, and the service was still open to drive through until 3am. Now I had to walk back holding my food in cold air, now my food won't be fresh nor warm and my drink be watered down from the ice because I was not allowed to make my own. It does not feel good to walk through a nasty wind just to be yelled at and kicked out when in-dining is still available as par with one of the two signs outside. It would be simple if the posted hours were changed so that I do not come when the staff chooses that I am not allowed to dine there, and staff would simply close off the spaces that aren't available because again, I do not like being yelled at. I can't say I will want to visit again anytime soon.

I have been going to Burger King for breakfast for quite a while because they are pretty good except the last two times. Yesterday I ordered the sausage with egg no cheese and repeated several times no cheese and both times the egg was removed and cheese added. I should have checked the order but I assumed saying it twice u should have it correct. I was wrong but what is truly sad is they don't care about there mistakes. I did call only to get a voice message and left a message with a call number. Never heard anything. It is truly sad that not just this place but other fast food restaurants have seemed to not care on quality anymore. They want your money and it is sure expensive these days but quality and customer service has gone to the no existence side. They never return calls when a complaint is made so that truly tells me they got my money and who cares is there attitude. This places should take a lesson from our past when restaurants were family owned and they carried what the clients felt and corrected there mistakes because a happy client gave great reviews and that is how business in the old days survived by word of mouth. So raise a glass to the past and to the this place and other restaurants put your clients first and profits second. When you show you care people will recommended your place.

So I went for a weekday lunch. the line was a little long, but I expected that because of the high schools and the companies close. What I did not expect was that the bathroom we were barricading and nobody allowed to use them. not cool, especially during a busy lunchtime. Isn't that just legal when you serve? I didn't like it from this reason. the food was as expected.

I got an impossible sharpener and since I am very picky, I asked for a lot of changes. I went through the drive thru, and they were really busy, but the person helped me was very patient and beat good sauces to supplement. overall it was a nice experience despite its busy day

Really don’t know why this store closes by 11 and doors just close by 10 for reasons unknown. Even today they refused to take order even though the store was open. Doesn’t happen at other stores just here. Lurger King.
