Burger King - Tisch reservieren

Greetings, tonight at 8:45 pm, I had another extremely bad experience with a young lady, she's the manager that works at night, she knows I'm a regular customer, she treats me rude purposely, tonight she was rude, mean, disrespectful, loud, and dismissive, I've called customer service multiple times, I'M REQUESTING TO SPEAK TO A DISTRICT MANAGER, the hire PROCESS that bad that a regular customer complaints are being OVER looked, Karma is real! God don't like ugly.

I tried this situation a few times, all the time I asked for a fresh helicopter, like every time I come, they are cold. I told them I would really like a fresh burger, it really doesn't matter to wait for it, and every time I bite into the burger and it's even warm. fries are always cold. will not return.
