Very poor customer service Manager Prince was very unprofessional instead of explaining why we are not able to use coupons in the same transaction got very disrespectful and let us waiting for 2 minutes at the window. After taking the payment and closing the window knowing I was trying tospeak with him. When he came back with our order, I was able to let him know that I was going to write a bad review he said he say he DID NOT CARE care in front of one of the employees working with him he closed the window in our faces for a second time. How can a company like burger King can have someone representing the company with very poor customer service skills. I understand the company has its on policies but there is profecional ways to explain to customers.

They have the best app by far with great deals on free combos, great deals on family combos, and whopper meals for two, much better than those other guys with the arches !
0 STAR!!! Drive thru Sucks!!! The manager smoking outside while employees slacking instead of taking orders. Very rude and unacceptable behavior from these employees. NEVER COMING BACK.
Great location for a fast meal drive-through always helps for parking is available anywhere around the area there’s it’s also convenient to other stores nearby for shopping purposes.
