Review from March 10 2017 'I eat here at least twice a week and ALWAYS enjoy it. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and the food is delicious! Pro Tip: Try the special sauce, the concretes are big enough to share, the conflicted burger is perfect when you can 't decide, and the urban style fries are the best pick! ' UPDATE Aug 29 2017 I still frequent BurgerFI on a weekly basis. My order has changed but the experience is always consistent. The food is always hot and fresh and the staff is still super friendly and greets me by name when I come in. Now I order a double cheese burger and add the free jalapeños. (I get tons of extra special sauce on the side and a large order of cajun fries. It doesn 't matter what part of town I 'm in, I make the drive for my burger fi fix.
This place has quality meat (top 10 fast food restaurants forest quality) and you can taste it! It's a simple fast food restaurant, with seating for 95 that includes seating for 4 to 8 tops. Burgers are made fresh to order, fries are crisp, onion rings are huge, and delicious. Order came out exactly as requested. Staff is friendly. Had to ask to have tables cleaned before seating ourselves. Order up front, pay when order is placed, then they will call your name when your order is complete. Definitely will visit again!
This place absolutely deserves a great review.. To start, the food was amazing; then again, it always is. The difference is the customer service and the knowledge of the items on the menu and the suggestions/detail of the beer selection set them apart. The owner personally introduced himself and we spoke for a few minutes. This is one of the better experiences I have had in a while. Props to this Burgerfi franchise we'll be back!
BURGERFI is a hidden gem. Before going vegen, they were my favorite. After going vegen, they are still my favorite...yes, the vegen Beyond burger is amazing. The staff is truly friendly and eager to please with genuine smiley faces. Management/ownership is involved, friendly, and truly appreciative of their repeat customers. Thanks!
