went for a family dinner last night after reading great reviews about this place. I must say the actual experience suggests eating in any culture I have ever experienced (and come out of asia, that is to say a lot! . we ordered mutabal (a smokey eggplant dip with medium east flat brot and white bait for starter meal, followed by fish and lamb main meat every bite was sublim as they can say that eating was carefully and carefully prepared by a highly qualified chef. the fish tagine especially, which was cooked with delicate seasonings, tasted in the mouth. what I love about the culinary experience is that it feels like to eat home cooked comfort. Omar and his brother are very thoughtful to ensure that we look comfortable and well. Moreover byblos is one of the only restaurants with freshly prepared fruit juices in the kitchen minutes before arriving on their table. we will definitely come back! they are on deliveroo, so there is also a possibility to take away!
One of the most welcoming restaurants I have ever been to. The warmth of the owner is second to one and he did his utmost to make us feel.at home. The service was outstanding and the food excellent (I reccomend the mix grill). Definately somewhere I will.go back to and bring my family and friends. Plenty of veggie choices too.
we have eaten here several times and eating is absolutely fantastic. omar is a nice host and the delicious food is excellent. we are vegetarian and there are many possibilities, but the meat dishes also look fantastic, and our carnivore friends were very happy and also byob. would recommend it absolutely.
Have visited twice and enjoyed superb Mediterranean cuisine prepared by the chef deliciously served with his unique crafted dressings, Generous portions and great hospitality . Can't wait for our next visit. BYO wine. Highly recommended.
