Maybe a bad place at the wrong time, but one thing is sure we'll never put our feet back in this place. It starts with a 'no child menu' of what is supposed to be our server. It offers a card dish in 1/2 serving in the end you will find yourself with a vulgar bowl of carbonara spaghetti at 9$ without drink, without dessert, it is really expensive for a little of 3 years but let's pass...Then pizza that puts a good 3/4h to arrive on the table, okay...But what was our surprise to find a hair in the Mrs's salad...Yes a good black hair. In short we notice to our super server the so-called capillary bulb, but this one didn't even dare an apology start and absolutely did not sketch any regret. The cup is full think you, but the joys that have not ended up heh! not by asking for the addition that she was our surprise to discover that tips were already included in our note!!!! m. wanted to be a tourist by thinking that it would pass cream but I think he did not know who he had to do. We went to settle inside and we were told that there was simply to have an error of manipulation with the tpe of the coup since they worked with a blablabla inn...No excuse, even the least sincere in the world but nothing, just nada a bad bobard. So we demanded the removal of tips in the light of the more than meticulous sercice and treatment that was reserved to us. I'll give you a tip. the tables around have not been better treated than our, dry server without trade sense, it would be better if it changed trade.

by a beautiful sunny Tuesday of July, passing through St-Paul Bay, walking on St-Jean Street, our choice of restaurant stood on the Café des Artistes. I ordered a fine goat pizza, leeks and mushrooms that turned out to be delicious! generous portion, cooked perfectly. My friend took the mussels to the curry and he enjoyed it. The price for the table d’hôte is more than reasonable and the coffee served is an elongated, so I’m even more delighted! We were warmly welcomed and our server was, at the beginning, all attentive. Unfortunately, the service proved uneven since, around the middle of the meal, our server had lost its smile and the attentive service disappeared. I feel like our waiter fell tired but never was stupid. we ordered a dessert that is outside the host table. It was a delicious hot meringue cake with maple. There were only two small tea spoons of maple syrup at the bottom of the dish. It's not enough! on this point, we were disappointed and stressed to our server that did not react. his lack of reaction tells us that this is how! remark: we noticed that the staff of this restaurant, at the time of our meal, was exclusively male. I rarely see that. There is also a lack of cleanliness in this restaurant; It's not blatant, but it's annoying. It's worse when you go down to the basement to the dirty toilet. The smell of humidity is strong and the restaurant obviously lacks love.

We ate a Tuscan pizza and a margarita. The tuscan was succulent. The margarita cheese was rather frozen rather than creamy.

Baie St Paul as some really terrific restaurants, much better than you might expect of a place so small.
