I usually don't leave a review, but since it's just a silly memory, I'm leaving a review for public interest. I stayed alone as a woman for 2 nights and 3 days, and I couldn't do it anymore, so I only stayed for 1 night. At first, I was glad that the staff welcomed me so kindly. I was assigned to the last room on the top floor, which was dusty and the heating was broken. It was uncomfortable, but I could just put on some clothes and sleep, so I was just lying down. Suddenly, there was a knock on the door a few times, and a male employee entered the password and opened the door. (You can enter the door itself if you know the password. There is no latch on the inside. I was very surprised at that moment. I didn't really know what he was saying because his English wasn't very good, but it seemed like he was just saying he would fix the heating. (In the end, there was no heating I didn't say that the heating was broken, but it's absurd because it's the first time in my life that a guest just enters the room they were assigned to. Also, while I was sleeping, I heard a noise and woke up to find a rat on my desk... scavenging for food...;; He got into the bag and immediately ran away through the crack in the door. I almost fainted. I don't really understand English either. I went down to the first floor and showed a picture of a rat and asked to change the room, but no one thought it was a big deal... I ended up changing the room. But there's still dust... ㅠ Even more than that, the situation of pressing the password and opening the door is so absurd. I've been to many trips, but this is the first time in my life that I've been to a hotel where rats come out openly. I was anxious and mentally exhausted for many reasons, so I just stayed one night and ran away. In particular, if you are traveling alone, I recommend that you spend more money and get a separate accommodation in the city or near the Eiffel Tower. Thanks to the staff for their friendliness, they are really nice. We took 2 rooms: a 3-bed room and a 2-bed room, then the 2-bed room is enclosed and there is no door to the sanitary area. I removed 1 star for the lack of a toilet in the room, I did not see this information anywhere before booking, the fact that the toilet is shared on the floor was an immediate shock to me. But I stayed there only because the room is very warm, it was important for my children, and the most important thing for me was the subway, which is really almost under the hotel.
