Great Bakery with History and by the time baking pastries which are originally from the region. Some might taste slight different to the usual due to the regional recipes. While 1836 in Krems the Bakery was founded as part of the bakery guild allowing it to produce the traditional Wachau pastries. The confectioner craft is performed ever since preserving old recipes and traditions. The Bakery and Coffeehouse now retails the famous Wachau apricot chocolates as well as the Krems pastries- slices, gingerbread, praline.

Sehr genossen die Tour und Demonstrationen im ersten Stock. Die Schokoladen waren hervorragend, vor allem die karamellbeschichteten Schokoladen, die wir gemacht und gegessen frisch. Der Kuchen war auch köstlich. Unser Demonstrator sprach Englisch, damit wir leicht folgen konnten. Wunderschöner Laden und Schiff!

They have vegan options! Oats milk (for my cappuccino) and raspberry cake. It was delicious! Our waiter Elias was very kind, funny, and polite. Great and chill atmosphere Thank you!!
