The owner/chef was very friendly and helpful with choosing a wine. He was summoned as the waitress could not speak English and seemed she wanted to avoid serving us. We had to ask for a menu a couple of times and service was slow. Locals were served before us. Food was ok better than we expected.
Lovely lunch time meal with great service. My husband ordered the chicken Caesar salad while i had the goats cheese salad. The restaurant is by the road but it was quiet due to it being lunch time. ;-)
A very friendly, family run cafe with great ambience. The meals were well prepared, full flavoured and very fresh. We went in the quiet season and plenty of locals were dining for lunch.
Superb, simple food. Great service and excellent value for money. Best tarte tatin ever! Merits the detour!
