Food was good and palace was good … but service by waiter a young girl she was rude you can’t attend in that way to the guest… she was really rude… guest is very important you can’t make bad face to guest … We payed bill and waiting for change and we ask her and she told its coming we wait almost 15 minute than we went to counter and ask to get our change and suddenly she open door with very bad manners … the way she open it mean go way from here ..my god how you do with guest.without guest you are nothing … you are there bec of guest and one day if there is no guest you loose your job.. We was very disappointed by her …
We arrive late and ask if it is still possible to have dinner. Yes, but you can only order a main dish No problem, that is just what we want. And then, even before we finished our plates, they bring the bill and tell us that the place is closed. Complaining is no use, they just swear at us. Just after 11pm, while it is supposed to be open until after midnight. Horrible experience, while normally in Ibiza staff is super friendly, in this case not.
Pleasant drinks. Nice seats outside. Charged 4x by an inept waiter that took the paper receipts with him. 3x by card, that 'didn 't go through ', once with cash. Do not trust them. Cash only
Good food were flexible to a large last minute booking. Great drinks service. Relaxed atmosphere. Def recommended!!!
