Well, they are really accommodating in this place (but please speak French). A small starter and dessert buffet (good prices for the price conscious). Not bad and nothing special. Mains are what you'd expect - a tough piece of cow that voluntarily committed suicide - tough as leather - so really true French style with frites that should have been left for another ten minutes in the fryer. Yes very, very French. But then you can get a whole liter of wine for USD 20 - and it's real wine, not some chemical brew. Stick to the wine, skip food and you'll have a jolly good time. Service is quick and efficient. I'd give them four stars if they had decent French draft beer rather than that foreign stuff

Yes, very French. But then you can get a whole litre of wine for USD 20 and it's real wine, not some chemical brew. Hold on to the wine, skip food and you will be a jolly good time. Service is fast and efficient. I would give them four stars if they had decent French design beer instead of this strange stuff.

I was in Campanile and that was a good place to go for dinner. Nice picturesque place. Nice staff.
