If I could, I would have given it no stars. I strongly advise against this campsite. I rented a mobile home with air conditioning. When I arrived, it was broken. A technician came to confirm the fault on Monday and assured me that the repairman would come the next day. Nobody came. A new technician told me that her colleague had made a mistake and that the repairer was coming the next day.... the repairer came on Thursday but couldn't do anything and that it had to be replaced. Given the bridge, the air conditioning would not be repaired until the beginning of the following week.... no one came the following week So I asked for a commercial gesture several times but the director did not deign to contact me....Worse, she was hiding in her office!!!! After 11 days (action requested on the 4th day , I was told that I had to wait until the end of my stay, that I would receive a questionnaire and that I should make my request at that time..... obviously, I got no response!!!! Furthermore, the campsite is divided into 2. A road, with a speed limit of 80 and not very secure, separates the 2 campsites. At night, only one end is lit. Likewise, the aquatic area of the Park was not finished building the first week. We had to go to the other water area where the slides were repeatedly closed. (One day there were no slides open!! 1 single machine and 1 single dryer for around a hundred locations... Finally, the campsite paths are not lit at night!!! To flee!!!!! Very expensive campsite and deplorable service!!! Absolutely does not deserve 4 stars. Fortunately there are some great visits to do in the area.
Absolutely avoid! A stressed, aggressive and very poorly organized catering team. For an ordinary late order for takeaway pizzas, I found myself in a 4th dimension: because I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with this delay (25 min) and their poor organization, I was threatened with beatings. and death! A bartender room manager waiter trio with unacceptable behavior, extremely aggressive and disrespectful to customers. I was able to get my order, but I was asked not to set foot in the campsite bar restaurant again. This attitude is the opposite of what is expected of a team working in a campsite, and which should welcome holidaymakers with a smile, despite the stress, rather than threatening them...
Quite disappointed with this fun milestone. Ultra quick welcome on arrival, we are given no information and no plan because it 's the end of the season, we have nothing left! (Week from August 19 to 26 anyway!!! , aging bungalow, unsecured swimming pool at the entrance, no mobile network at our location, we have to guess access to the two swimming pools by crossing the road... In short, we won 't be coming back! Excessive price for the service offered!!
Very disappointed with this campsite which claims to be family friendly even though it is divided into two parts, we had to cross a secondary road to participate in the activities of the campsite and the swimming pool complex. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 1
