Camping De Vidy Lausanne

Campsite directly on Lake Geneva/at the IOC. We arrived in the afternoon outside reception opening hours. Entrance and parking space selection was possible independently. Registration the following day without any problems. Staff very friendly. Sanitary facilities are outdated, but very clean. Public transport ticket for Lausanne included in the price. We would come again.

Parkplatz direkt am See, die Lage ist einzigartig. Der Standort war sehr beschäftigt mit Langzeitcampern, von denen die meisten nicht da waren, aber alles aufgenommen hatte. Sanitäranlagen sauber, aber sehr alt; Eine Renovierung wäre bald notwendig. VE unbequeme, chemische Toilette auf dem Gelände draußen.

Nice location right on the lake. The receptionist was very friendly. The “winter price” of CHF 20 was good. The sanitary facilities were heated and well equipped, but had the charm of a military barracks. For us it is a good place to stay overnight.

Tolle Lage, ein wenig datiert aber serviceable- eine Menge von Dauern machen für einen grubby Look-great für ein paar Nächte

A bit difficult in winter because you can't drive onto the plots and stand on the road
