Captain D's - Tisch reservieren

on Sunday afternoon landing in the restaurant to go 1 plate. I stood 12 minutes before my greeting in the register, there were maybe 3 people in there who were already sitting. the cassian literally sees me in the face and continues on her way has not spoken or taken my order. finally takes my order and is extremely rude. there were 3 people who literally just stand on the back and do nothing. my order was placed in the luggage room and sat there for 07 minutes I had to ask the same cash that think they had no customers for my cold eating. I love captain d’s, but I refuse to let myself be treated like this, especially when I spend the money that makes her paycheck! until something is done with the staff there, I will not be back and I will not inform anyone about the situation.

they don't go here when they're in a hurry. currently sat in the drive thru behind a car for 25 minutes. I'm moving up and they're telling me to pull up and park and they're gonna get it out. they are not even busy and there are several workers. they are not short-timed. slow, and pathetic. it's a good thing they don't have a real job. they would never make it! absolutely pitiful

Had a voucher, bought a three-dinner, get a two-piece dinner for free. They honored the voucher and the food was good. A school project sold me the voucher. Everywhere I introduced the voucher, including here, it takes forever and call the manager to get the voucher processed. Not much training.

the dings have declined here in a definitive way. it's not what it is. 7-8 years ago, this was a decent fish restaurant, but now it has run down and dirty. it's like nobody cares. when was bares minimum acceptable in the hospitality?
