I've gone to this Caribou several times the last month or so and I am genuinely impressed with the level of customer service. I was behind a customer who was giving off major Karen vibes and the cashier handled her very well. I do not have the same patience.
Every time I come here, they are always friendly and they get my order too. Everything tastes good and starts my morning right. I don't get a whip in my coffee and today they even have a smiling face. We need more like them
