I was expecting more. I looked at the online menu and decided what I wanted. When we got there it wasn't on the menu at the front. After ending up ordering something else, when we sat down the card on the table showed the item I wanted. Weird. Husband ordered a burger and crinkle fries. He thought the burger was edible. Fries good. I had poutine and chicken fingers. Both portions weren't a great size. My poutine was tasty but they dumped so much gravy on it, it became soggy and cold very quickly. My daughter had a kids burger. She said it was good, but it didn't look like it to me. I think Fat Burger or Five Guys is 100 times better. Carl's is the same as A
The website said that it closes at 11pm but when I got there at 10:20pm on a Friday night, I saw the employee quickly turn off the open sign as well as all the lights in the store and another employee put down a cone in the drive thru. It was my first time going to Carl's Jr and it was terrible.
So I tried Carl's Jr. the day they first opened and it was a total disaster. After a few months I thought why not give them a second chance and...it was a total disaster! Food was okay at best...Service was painfully slow! They did compensate us with a free burger upon our next visit.
