Carvel - Tisch reservieren

Says on the website as well as on the front of the store that it opens at 11 am. It's after 11 am and the door is locked and dark and I don't see any people inside. I came to get my free birthday cone for my birthday that is only valid through Thursday.

I understand that times are hard for everyone, but to calculate a customer for 2 toppings if I only asked to share the topping on the floor and above! whatever the part is, use it for a topping share it! as now!

You can’t really mess up ice cream, but the service was terrible. There were 2 people ahead of me that both walked out, and I had to yell for someone in the back to get served.

I live on carvel as a child and the pistachio ice cream is food coloring, as I expect more of carvel then food coloring
