Estuvimos el día 13/06/2015 cenando por el bautizo de mi hijo Ibai y fué totalmente decepcionante. Teniendo reservado con bastante tiempo de antelación, menú concertado, no entiendo cómo pudo salir tan pésimamente. No basaré esta opinión en una comparación con el restaurante en el que trabajo, en el cual siempre he dado el 100% para que todo salga en estupendas condiciones y los clientes se vayan orgullosos y encantados de haber acudido allí, simplemente porque ni es lo mismo, ni tampoco cabría hacer comparación alguna, pero sí quiero detallar que sé de lo que hablo, a pesar de ser tan evidente... Teníamos reservado para las 9:00 9:30. A esta hora, ni siquiera estaba montado el comedor, una sola chica para montar todo, total, nos sentaron a las 10:30. Sólo en sacar el pan, el cual era descongelado y frio por dentro, tardaron un cuarto de hora, lo mismo para los entrantes. Unas ensaladas bien preparadas y en cantidad, al igual que las cocretas, bien preparadas y muy ricas, pero ésto sólo era un oasis en el desierto. El risotto, de broma, simplemente arroz con nata, pimienta y champiñones y sin hacer, el arroz duro!!! .De segundo, merluza en salsa verde, seca y totalmente fría. Increíble sacar los platos de merluza fría a la mesa. Varias mesas pidieron moscato para beber y, tras 5 botellas se quedaron sin existencias. De entrantes también había mejillones, con los que debió haber algún problema y nos los intercambiaron por langostinos cocidos, que sirvieron después de la merluza a pelo, sin una triste salsa mahonesa. Para cuando sirvieron el solomillo ya era la 1:00 de la madrugada, por lo que casi nadie lo comió, ofreciéndonos ponerlo para llevar. Increíble!!! A pesar de todo ello y, aún sabiendo el tema del risotto , el de la merluza fría porque acudí personalmente a comentarlo al encargado, la inexistente organización tanto en la cocina como en el local y pese a no sacar los platos tal y como estaban pactados, no tuvieron ni el más mínimo detalle en pedir siquiera una disculpa, eso sí, el importe pactado nos lo cobraron íntegro más otros ciento y pico euros más en concepto de bebidas extra. Por todo ello, estoy totalmente decepcionado con éste sitio al que, por supuesto, jamás volveré a acudir, ni yo, ni ninguno de mis allegados y al que doy una estrella porque no me da la opción de darle menos diez. Decepcionado y avergonzado por haberos elegido para el bautizo de mi niño.

Increible barra de pintxos, desayunos, comidas por encargo, cumpleaños celebraciones... Destacar la limpieza y amabilidad del personal así como la calidad de su cocina. Altamente recomendable.
