we were shocked by the rudeness of the hostess. we set ourselves to the waiting list at 20 o'clock and wait was 1 hour. So we went to another bar and went back to check after an hour since we were next on the waiting list. but when we came in, we were told that we weren't staying in that way, even if it was super cold outside. we wanted to wait in our car. when we told the host that we were next door, our car was parked far away and that 3 people just left the facility in front of us, they refused to check if a table appeared. Instead, she asked us again rudely to wait in our car or go into another bar! when we felt embarrassing, we went to leo on the road and waited for a text cricket by kaschmir to tell us that our table is ready. Instead, at 10:30 clock, 2.5 hours after waiting, we were informed that we were removed from the waiting list! no explanation why! just wait from the waiting list after 2.5 hours waiting! this is insulting and no matter how good the drinks or eating is, that is no way to treat their customers! we are not coming back. they prefer a place where customers are appreciated.
