Good location and food was good, but when we arrived an announcement was made that they had had a power cut and therefore there were delays in the kitchen. As a consequence we just ordered salads. After about 20 mins the food came out for the table next to us (who had ordered after us), then the next table (who had ordered after them). I asked about our food, instead of apologising they said it was our fault as we did not understand French! When I asked for the bill, I got someone else's, no attempt to get me the right bill and in the end I had to tell the what we had ordered and work it out for them. No apology just surly looks. I recounted the story later to hear that my tale was not unique!
Chalet is on the top of the mountain with a very nice, spectacular view. If weather allows you can seat outside, it is wonderful. If not there are two alternatives, seating inside or outside in a covered area. We used twice with my son. Service was nice, food quality was ok. My son loved Chalet Burger! Traditional tartiflette was nice but somehow small. It is a very good location to stop especially on sunny days..
friendly map but a little expensive, after it is an altitude restaurant. But 15€ the omelette is not given! the waitress was not at all smiling, we felt like we were disturbing.... until the time of paying or the fact that we didn't divide the note really bothered him and she made us know .... Briefly, I'll go eat elsewhere next time!
friendly welcome and good small dishes. The room is pretty with a fireplace welcome to warm up. We wanted to change the accompaniment of the dish of the day and the boss said yes no problem. A good time.
