Visited the Jordan Creek Mall location over the lunch hour with my wife. They put the wrong meat cheese on the wrong bread and instead of providing fresh bread just flopped ingredients from one to the other. Generally this wouldnt be an issue other than the fact one was chicken and one was beef and there was remnants of the beef in her chicken philly. This was followed up by them just slopping on her add on items (lettuce ect. with minimal effort presentation. I was super excited about my strawberry lemonade which just had a pump of flavoring in the bottom which wasnt even mixed up. Needless to say there was no effort customer service put into anything, so will take my business somewhere they at least try a bit. My beef philly tasted fine and my wife has had positive experience before, so maybe they were just having an off day? Not blaming employees but they were also out of french fries and small hand written sign was in front of register stating this. Had we seen this sign prior to waiting in line we probably wouldnt have eaten here.
I would have expected better food even if it was from McDonald's. Claims to be the best cheesesteak in the world, and legitimately tastes like they bought Great Value frozen Philly, boiled it, and then slapped toppings and cheese on it. Didn't even leave it on the grill long enough to soften the peppers/onions, let alone sautee them. I would have been much less disappointed if they didn't claim to be the world's best.
The people here just mess up your order and they don’t even take the time to listen. I had to repeat my order 5 times and the lady named Elisa still didn’t get my order correct. When I got down to the pickup they deleted the order off the screen and I waited 20 minutes for my food. The line cook looked high and I didn’t trust him with making the food
Refuses to provide tap water. Will only sell bottled water even when order 4 sandwiches.
