The best room service is supposed to be French. you are supposed to be in a Michelin-starred restaurant, if you're also supposed to add an extra guarantee. That's the theory. The practice is that, sometimes, none of this is fulfilled. It is not a receipt to be with a dirty dish on the table for 15 minutes waiting for some waiter to deign himself to retire. It's not a receipt that you have to wait on the first dish for the subsellier to bring the wine and, on the second dish, the subsellier will bring you the wine and spend more than 15 minutes to get the second dish. the quality of the food neither good nor bad, far, far from the expected in a michelin star. I don't know if they had a bad day or it's their way of working. I don't know, but at the prices they're paid are flaws that can't be. It is true that they reduced our account for our complaints and it is true that they invited a glass of pear liquor in the desserts, but, when you go to dinner to a place like the one that is supposed to be you, what you want is to enjoy the evening and not suffer a terrible service although then they lower your price.
