Chetzeron - Tisch reservieren

Wonderful location and decent food, but let down by really poor customer service. First, you get an email from them to tell you to access the restaurant via the gondola in Crans. But that’s not running. So when you get to that gondola and call...them, they tell you to access the hotel by the gondola in Montana 20 min walk away. Not a huge problem, but if you are going to send an email with details on how to get there, you may as well get it right! Once we were there, biggest problem was the waiting staff. None of them were exactly rushed off their feet, but after being pointed (rather than taken) to a table and waiting 15 minutes, we got up and found our own menus. 10 mins after that, a waiter arrived to take a drinks order. Another 10 mins after that, our drinks arrived. We could see the waiters hanging around inside we couldnt understand why they weren’t circulating and looking after their guests. The process was repeated when it came to dessert we had to go and find our own menus. Some of the items we ordered simply never showed up (but found their their way on to the bill). Such a shame, because the look of the place and the food was great. If this is what they are like when they are fairly quiet on a Sunday in October, who knows what their service standards will drop to when it gets winter busy. Oh, and I sent them an email with this feedback 4 days ago, but no acknowledgment and no reply. So I dont feel too bad about putting this in as a review.

at the end of our winter holidays we have booked a table in the Chetzeron restaurant, on the flanks of the Crans-Montana mountains. our disappointment was of importance with an unbeatable carving. it was openly disgusting and tasteful, a piece of meat with swimming in...Butter, without clear bread crumbs, absolutely tasteless. (Highway restaurants offer a higher quality plate. the waiter did not even ask if there was a problem when eating was returned to the kitchen. the bill remained the same: 45.00 chf. would the kitchen staff try out their own food and qualify for the reward of the most shameful offer? in a word was this experience horrific.

On a slightly rainy day mid July, the walk from the cable car station down to the restaurant wasn’t particularly attractive. But the place looks pretty cool with modern architecture in the mountains. The veggies and salad were spectacular. Super fresh and full of flavour....The saltinbocca main a little dry and not worth the journey. Nice and friendly service. Pick a sunny day for the journey.

I ate delicious raclette at Chetzeron restaurant. The raclette cheese is locally sourced and was one of the best raclette meals I've ever had in Switzerland. The breakfast is incredible and I think the pancakes I had were some of the best I've ever experienced....You will not be disappointed by dining at Chetzeron while enjoying postcard perfect views of the mountains!

Sunset apero, perfect dinner and very good wines. Excellent and friendly service. Stunning location. Unforgettable!
