Our first visit to the post office. We chose an individual tasting menu and food was exceptional. However, we feel that the entire experience was not as good as the previous ones. The service was extremely painfully slow and one of the servers was always our preferences (for example, sparkling against water). Our reservation was at 19:30, but Dessert was not served until 11:30 and we could not leave until 25 minutes after midnight. It was an unnecessarily long 5 hours of dinner. We were as tired felt almost like work towards the end of an expensive meal.

The Michelin guide says three stars are worth a trip. This is probably the best restaurant I know and is the main reason why we travel from London to Basel for a short city trip. Each item in the menu and between the courses is a...delight. The staff is polite, charming and efficient. The Sommelier is very knowledgeable and helpful and chooses wonderful glasses of wine for each course or set of courses. The surroundings are beautiful. This restaurant has no mistakes and does not compromise and the product is close to perfection.

dinner in a warm atmosphere. elegant interieur but not protzig. the announcements of the walks worth eating, the wine cellar is top-class. peter knogl also looked and inquired about this. eating is lovingly prepared, partly small works of art. you feel worried and retired.

It was the best culinary experience we ever had. It deserves 10 Michelin stars. Very recommended. Chif is a real star!
