Recommended by Chateau Du Martinet, our very lovely chateau B&B in the woods on the outskirts of town. Summer truffle season results in a three course menu - a plate of shaved truffles in olive oil with toast, fresh fish tartar covered with truffles, a large serving of roast guinea fowl with truffle sauce also covered with summer truffles and a creamy dessert flavored with truffles. We enjoyed a local Ventoux white, then a great 2010 Chateauneuf du Pape from the great wine list. All served on a comfortable terrace by friendly folks.Do not miss this place, especially if it's truffle season!
