Warm welcome, fast and attentive service. Quality products, respect for cooking. Very good, well-seasoned dauphinois gratin and mandolin-cut potatoes. Great burger, OK fries and homemade mayonnaise. I told the manager that the tatin was a little disappointing because reheated in the microwave made the dough soft and elastic and the whole thing too hot. Full of listening and honesty, the manager took my remark as advice to review his method and kindly made a gesture to me. Restaurant full of good intentions!
