Specifically chose to visit this location because of the usually consistent drive thru experience AND hot fresh Chicken sandwich. #1 meal to be exact. I had to wait forever in the one drive thru lane and the usual employee taking order and payment was not there. It was around 8 pm and many cars in line. Even the my pleasure spoken at the pickup window was terrible. Let me tell you the wait was not worth the food I received! The fries were very hot and delicious but the quantity was very small. Usually I can never finish my fries but finished them and was so disappointed I did not receive a full serving.. The very worst part was the chicken sandwich. It tasted bad, was rubbery and the crispy breaded was not there. I seriously had to force myself to eat half of it because I wouldn 't have another chance to eat that night. If anyone has tried the new chicken sandwich from McDonald 's that looks like a Chic-fil-A knock off then you know how bad it is. I am not kidding the sandwich from Chic-fil-A tasted just like the McDonald 's one. Very disappointed.
Stood in line for a good bit to even start my order while 5 to 6 employees stood over and helped one customer. I didn?t even get asked what sauces I wanted. Not good compared to all the other chick-fil-a?s. Not very good customer service and half the employees stand around just not doing anything. Never had this problem with a chick-fil-a before. Very disappointing. As you can tell from the pictures it?s just people standing waiting and employees also standing around doing nothing. Bathrooms could have been attended to instead of standing around.
From Troy, where I loved my local Chick-fil-A. Fortunately, this place also lived up to my expectations. Yes, it is sometimes busy, but it is delicious, so naturally it will be popular. I have skipped the long lines now by ordering on the app and this helps enormously. Nothing like a great sandwich and frosted coffee at the end of a long working day! Go on! Customer for life.
I just ordered a fillet and they gave me the smallest I have ever seen, I also ordered minis and they gave me a 12-cat smugget, ADTSD makes me wait 15 min outside this is usually my favorite place, but this was infuriating
