Great food, great service during the busiest time of the day 11:30a-1p. Even through the restaurant was packed, my food was delivered within five minutes and remained high quality. Every employee from cashier to general manager were very attentive to the needs of their customers, even after collecting the bill and initially delivering food.
Through my observations and interactions, I would tell anyone that the staff at this CFA are hard to beat! They care about the customers and do high-quality work, from the face-to-face conversations to the behind-the-scenes work!
First time there and was visiting from the Buckeye state..Very friendly and helpful staff! Didn't care much for the fries but the chicken sandwich was awesome..Go Buckeyes!!!!
This CFA is the best in the metro. Best quality of food, best service, nicest workers, great CEO, very clean. Overall just the best! We Love all CFA, but this one stands out!
