The entire play area is visible from the dining area, but parents are not allowed to eat while their children play. I was so disappointed when I was pushed back the other day during breakfast. I could see and hear my children all the time. Food is allowed in the play area (of course). There is no note on the door either. It just reads?kids need to be monitored by parents?. They were monitored all the time! I've never been to a Chick Fil A with such a ridiculous rule. I will go to another place where they are more parents/child friendly.
This is the worst experience I?ve had at this location and I?m a regular here. We had to go inside after being in the drive through and getting our order wrong, then had to go there a second time! By the time we got home and actually looked at all the food it was dingy, not filled all the way, and our drinks were incorrect. I didn?t even want to write this review but now they?re not answering the phones! This was giving low quality service today
The worst experience in my life. Saw in the ride after spending $20 on a meal. My food was cold and they wouldn't give me two more sauces. I wanted to pay for it. They argued with me about sauce that I was ready to pay. Please follow me in management. The great customer service trend that Chick-fil-A has does not happen in this place. I never go back. And to be honest, if I didn't change my way, that would be really bad for the staff there.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This location cannot make changes to their Cobb salad. FYI everyone does not eat pork. You should be willing to make accommodations. This is the only location that has ever told me that they are not able to remove items from a salad. Do not come here! Go inside the mall or drive further down 60 they have much better experience.
