We come here a ton and always use the mobile order in the drive thru. There is usually always one thing missing in the order and two times ago I asked if that was everything and the woman said yes then I drove off and our yogurt was missing. So I went in to get it and they didn?t even bother to ask me what kind then gave me the wrong one and I had to go in a second time. The ladies body language and tone towards me was rude like I did something wrong. Then last time they forgot our 4.49 cent frozen cloud berry and I just said let?s just mention it next time. Next time was just now. They didn?t believe me (so I?m basically a liar) they wanted proof. My son is down in Las Vegas so in the drive through I literally had to call my kid wake him up to send a screen shot of that mobile order. Then this time she also forgot our sauces. Learn better customer service and maybe you should make sure our order is complete instead of treating us like we did something wrong. Probably taking a major break from this place. We come here at least twice a week.
