Chick-fil-a - Tisch reservieren

You know over the years this has been my go to place. Always good food and service. These laat few times that I've visited they have proven me wrong. We went there tonight ordered 3 medium fries, a cobb salad with chicken on the side and extra sun dried tomatoes. Even had the guy repeat what was ordered. He repeated what my husband said and we paid and went to window. Get there and the guy hands us our food. We checked the bag because now chick-fil-a has a habit of not getting something right or leaving something out your order. Well just what I said, chicken is on the salad. So I give it back and the tell us to park, so we wait. They bring the bag and I check it my salad looks like they took the chicken off and everything else that goes on the salad besides the eggs. Every time I try and give them a chance they show me who they really are. Very disappointed in how my salad looked. Not looking for anything free, I just need you all to get it together.

the young man who took my order in drive thru was very polite and helpful, answering a few questions I had about the menu very quickly. my food was fresh and delicious. the drive thru line was very long but moved along fast.

Place is the best fast food restaurant I've ever been. You get the food quickly and bring it to you table. This place is amazing how the volume of cars and walking in the cartridges and still produce such quality products.

Yes the lines are long but that is because they have great food and customer service. You are able to get through the line rather quickly for as long as it is.
