After several instances of non-received items for including 3 orders of Pommes, Sandwiches, etc., I wrote the company. I was recommended to hear from the store. Never happened. The drive-thru is always so packed that I feel guilty to check the order. Guys, you know, I can't imagine that I'm the only one that's changing in almost every visit in the last two months.
