Chick-fil-a - Tisch reservieren

A smiling crew doesn't ensure order accuracy, quality foods or compassion when called on their errors. The drive through order shorted an entree item. Why put dipping sauces in the bag and not the chicken nuggets? The strawberries were old and soft. They tasted bland. The lettuce was at the used by date. Not crisp and fresh. When called the employee was confusing and assumed I'd lobbed to drive back and wasn't at all apologetic. As a matter of fact it seemed so rehearsed. I asked if he could use a company delivery driver to provide missed items I was told that wasn't available and drivers don't do that. I'm calling back again to find out if I get or got credited.

Just leaving and I have a coupon for free chicken sandwich, I ordered the chicken sandwich and lemonade and give my QR code so I can pay for lemonade. He charges me for the sandwich as well. I wouldn't have ordered here except I was using the coupon before dialysis. Then he was looking crazy when I told him of the error :
