I ate here with my mother tonight and it was a pleasant experience. Everyone was helpful and nice. The workers were constantly cleaned and it didn't feel like a fast food restaurant. Everyone was helpful and attentive. We talked to Kelvin Brown Jr, the GM and he had a welcoming personality. We'll be back in Smithfield next time!!
Another pleasant experience, which I've come to expect at Chick-fil-A. The food, as always, was prepared fresh and was delicious. The entire staff was friendly and professional. The dining area was very clean and well maintained, as were the restrooms.
Never was in this chickpea, excellent service, never was asked and welcomed with such good service. Especially a man named Mark, he was so nice and helpful with us to ask if we needed something else while we sit down
Great experience every time we are there, food good, staff good.. the coffee is yum ha spacious, very clean playground for the children! Wifi for parents is a plus
