I've eaten at Chick Fil A for years, taken my kids to the play area, met friends for lunch. The company has a reputation for treating its employees very well, fairly and equitably. The manager at this store is named Octavia, her managerial skills are sub par. Her communication skills are non existent and her disgust at the job and the people she has working for her is obvious in everything she does. I have even seen this manager have a baby strapped to her chest
This Chick-fil-A seems to have a problem with their portions. The Mac Cheese was half filled and the 4-piece Chicken strips were as small as my thumb. The box looks like it has a 2 piece, not a 4 piece. For $9.15, it?s not what I paid for. This is the 3rd time this has happened. No one answers when you call to complain. Today was just like the past 2 times. Time to start going to a different Chick-fil-A. Update ...went again today, even worse. .
Menu prices are badly out of date, assuming it?s not a bait and switch ploy. All take out sandwiches I ordered were from $1 to $2 higher at the drive through than as reported online for that specific store on that specific day. Disgraceful. I questioned the young man taking my order and he was surprised and had no explanation. I wonder how much we and others have donated to this ?gimmick? during the pandemic when we ordered more often?
Don?t bother ordering ahead. It takes longer than waiting through the line. I?ve tried it multiple times. Easy 15-20 minute wait AFTER you arrive. And the food is always cold for some reason. Their curbside used to be awesome but they stopped doing that. If you do order ahead put it in through the drive through. Still takes forever but at least your food is hot.
