I placed a breakfast mobile order at 10a...I arrived at the drive thru at 1015am...there was a hold up in the drive thru line..so I called the store to let them know I was in line for my breakfast because it was getting close to 1030am...by time I got to the associate it was 1031am..they said I couldn't get the food and the manager explained that it was policy that the breakfast is no.longer served even I placed the order ahead..so then I asked for my money back and they say 2-3 business days! I spoke to the head manager and he said it was nothing for him to do or to compensate but some old breakfast option and by this time it was 1045am! I told them it was unacceptable that I wasted my money, time and breath nicely explaining my issue and it Still wasn't solved. Very ridiculous I want order here again and till this day still waiting on my money to come in..since they said they never processed it..the total was $15.11
