The woman decided to have a quick dinner as we had a busy evening. We've ordered a few things for the kids, and we've decided for some chicken sandwiches. We have ordered some times from this busy place and it was okay. We came home and I took a big chomp from the chicken sandwich. It was basically bread and bread, a pimple, and a few chicken strands hidden in it. Look at the image; it's pretty funny for what it is. But it was the first meal for me this day and I basically had a carb sandwich. The management did not respond to my first request. So unnecessary to say this location needs improvement. Please visit other places instead; You have less headaches when driving through and parking. You could also get a chicken sandwich.
Absolute logistic nightmare!!! Just one lane!!! Circled to serve the building three times, only to leave for a fourth time. Washed an hour sitting in the drive thru traffic!!! Easy experience especially if the orders from other customers are not correct or they want to order more in the window. Not to mention almost in several fenders Biegner, because the lot is very narrow. Definitely not worth the headache or the worries. Win two stars because the food was hot and delicious, but surely will not be back.
10 employees behind the counter and not one could be harassed to recognize my existence for a refill. Some made direct eye contact with me and would just continue to do whatever. A girl, very short with glasses, played only on her Apple Watch and went constantly into and out of the kitchen. This is the only Chick-fil-A where I constantly have problems, not to mention my food was completely cold.
It took over 40 minutes to get food. The food tasted good, but it had to be the smallest chicken biscuit I ever got at the CFA. Of course, they make adjustments based on inflation, but that was ridiculous. It was about half the size of what they used to serve. I hope this was an isolated incident.
