"I ordered a cool wrap with fried chicken in it yesterday evening. Unfortunately, the wrap had very little chicken in it. I called the store today and they requested that I bring back the old wrap in order to receive a replacement. I was not looking for a free meal, I simply wanted what I paid $8.00 for. I have previously worked at a restaurant and understand the importance of customer service, so I explained that I was not able to bring the wrap back at the moment. This level of service is not typical of Chick-fil-A, and because of this experience, I will not be returning to this store."
