They were a bit busy when I was there, so the service was kind of slow, and it got a little sloppy for us when the guy who delivered the food to the table, the tray down, and it fell on the floor, always soup over the floor, and even on my jacket. It wasn't clean, and I had to wash it anyway, so I did the next day. It took a while to get the replacement appetizers for me and a roommate who was quite fast followed by our ducks. I think things were a bit cooler than I would have preferred this night, but everything tasted good. Besides these few things, everything was fine. It was actually the first time that I had been to this place where we went because as a time we left, there was no waiting for a table, but there was a little wait until the time we got there. At least it wasn't as bad as some of the other locations I saw online. My chicken wars actually came a little on the crisp side, instead of almost asggy as they are much of the time in another place or two where I was, as I did. We can be another time, especially if one of the locations has a 90 to 120 plus minute.
Was Easy To Lunch in Chilis... A few lunch specialists ordered. Burger, fries and salad for me and a grilled chicken sandwich, corn and salad for my wife. The weekday special prices are very good. Only $9 per person... very fair!!! Not only was that good, the waitress we had, Samantha (gesture of Sam), was very attentive and made a great job! Nice to meet her. I wasn't very talkative today, but she was just great so I had to tell you everything about it. Good food, good service! Thank you, Chilis!
Great place!!! Service was perfect, our server did an amazing job I totally forgot her name (I'm sorry) she did a really good job The food was delicious and our drinks even better It was my sister college graduation and we have an amazing experience on this location To the staff Thank you for making our evening great. We'll be going back as soon as we can
We had great service and the food was better then normal with the new menu changes. I am glad that they have managed to pierce the pandemic, but overall every restaurant is trying to find enough help, and I understand that and feel happy to get any experience near the old normal.
