Chin Chin - Tisch reservieren

We received a delivery of a Chinese for the family which cost I am heavily pregnant and after partially eating some of the meal I thought the chicken was a bit gritty (chicken fried rice) on inspection I noticed it was full of little...bits of wire and then found a bigger bit and unwound it all which was in my chicken. Everyone was put off their meal with this occuring. I called the restaurant and I must say the managers attitude to dealing with it was absolutely horrendous! They don't have wire in their kitchen it's metal utensils and he wasn't willing to refund the family meal. I am heavily pregnant and ended up sick that night and had to speak to the midwife as the wires were so small that I definitely think I consumed some before I noticed the larger pieces. If I ended up having to go to the hospital this certainly won't be the last of this. I can honestly say I will never ever be back as he showed absolutely no compassion and basically blamed me as I should of returned the meal that night. We did call that night (we had no way of getting to shop hence why we ordered a take away) and at no point did he offer for the meals to be collected at all and we were told repeatedly last night someone would call us about it to rectify the issue. Well today I ended up having to call about it myself and the response was absolutely shocking over a meal that was ordered and not fit for consumption. I've kept pictures and I've kept the wires so they won't just get away with it! All we were looking for was some compassion and a full refund and instead that wasn't given no responsibility at all for his catering!

Only leaving a star review as it’s the lowest option I can give. Firstly asked price for my meal including delivery before it had been sent out and when driver arrived was told a completely different price, they had added on an to our bill. Secondly- ordered a small chips and curry sauce in the one tray to be given a large cardboard box filled with chips and the tiniest drizzle of curry sauce, was completely dry and tasted as if they had been lying for about hours. Thirdly- salt and chilli chicken was completely dry and accompanied by what the owner called “crispy onions” however the container was half filled with this stuff, more of it than the actual chicken which we ordered!! Lastly- the complete and utter cheek of the owner when we phoned to complain, not even sincere in the slightest in regards to our rotten meal that we had spent on. COMPLETELY BOY COT THIS PLACE an absolute embarrassment of a meal as majority of it went in the bin.

We haven't been here before, but had heard good reports. It's a bit out of our way, but worth the trip. Service was friendly, attentive and quick. Food was excellent and prices reasonable. Street parking at the door. Toilets clean and properly maintained, including Disabled....We were a family of adults and children. We had a shared platter for Starter, beef curry, prawn curry, chicken omelette, salt chilli chicken, Peking duck (shared) and a pork dish, followed by Home Made Meringue desserts (different, and delicious The food was good quality, hot, tasty, well presented and quickly served. The wine list is limited but adequate. We were all happy with the experience, and will return.

Enjoyable meal but the very friendly waitresses were what made it great. Make sure that you know that the Groupon voucher is only up to a certain limit so some more expensive things you pay a small supplement.

Absolutely great food and excellent service from the moment we entered until we left, Also wheel chair friendly which is a big big bonus x
