Chinesisch restaurant Dynasty Siegen

This restaurant was not at all welcoming. We were a group of 13 adults and 4 kids. There are two options for buffets with drinks and without drinks. We choose with drinks option where you can get 1 alcoholic drink for each adult. We ordered for a total of 12 beers but 2 of us did not like the taste of beer and wanted to give it away to rest of us who wanted to have it. One of the employees from this restaurant was standing for the whole 1 hour (after we ordered it we stayed only 1 more hour there) in front of our table which was very embarrassing and insulting. Moreover she asked for an additional payment for both of them (for those 2 glasses). Even if they agreed on paying just because those two did not want any scene to be created but the lady became so rude that she wanted the cash even on the table otherwise she even could not let them stand up from their chairs. This was a very specific incident. Apart from this service quality, taste of foods, varieties of food became so poor that this restaurant even deserve less than one star. Not recommended at all

Das Restaurant ist groß und sauber und der Service ist gut. Die Qualität der Speisen vom Buffet ist ebenfalls gut. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit diesem Restaurant und kommen gerne wieder. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie im Voraus reservieren, da das Restaurant am Wochenende sehr voll wird.

Ok food, but very unfriendly and rude staff!!! Didn 't inform us about the rules , ended up having to pay more for not finishing our drinks completely and leaving some food on the plate. Staff kept watching over us like hawks did not feel comfortable there at all!

Very rude and inhospitable staff. The staff don't speak good German or English. Had a hard time communicating anything. Wouldn't go here again.
