I ordered two items via the website... two. My wife drives across town to pick it up. She grabs the bag and goes. She gets here and one of the two items (a $14 burrito) is missing. The receipt on the bag shows that 1. its my order 2. there was only one bag and 3. that I paid for the burrito and that it was supposed to be included.Fine, mistakes happen, right? Well, the restaurant wasnt busy so it was a lazy error. I try to contact the store. Nope, an automated recording says I need to report it via the confirmation email. I do so and they send me a coupon for a free menu item that expires in 30 days. NOPE. I paid for extra items in my stupid burrito and they send me that without a word of apology. I try the phone number again. After slamming zero it finally allows me to contact the store directly. It rings and rings then hangs up on me. I contact support via their robo-chat. After many hoops I finally get a human (maybe). They apologize and say they'll follow up with management with my concerns to ensure better service, etc. I say no, refund the burrito, I don't want a coupon. They do issue a refund and ask if there's anything else. I immediately respond that I now have to figure out something else and that if they're really going rectify the issue that I should be contacted by the local management. The response was (get this) from the robo chat again. Meaning they asked if I needed anything else then ended their chat and booted me back to the robo-chat.I know it's chipotle, fast food, underpaid, understaffed blah blah blah. This is corporate laziness, poor management, and a lack of care for customer retention. They wasted so much of my time tonight that I decided I've give them another five minutes of my time to warn you all against ordering from this company/location. Terrible experience all around. I'll update my review if anybody from this company chooses to fix the problem, but I highly doubt anybody will.
