Update 4/2022: FOOD: Honestly, some days the food is just bland. Tastes like nothing. I mean Chipotle is not THE most flavorful food, but you'll know when it tastes like nothing. First world problems...lol. ORDERING: The online ordering is down like every other day. When it's down, you can see the line forming quickly inside. Not really sure why the ordering system is so bad here. Especially when the other location, a couple miles away ONLY does online ordering with no issues. So it can't be the system itself, right?, unless upper management is that lazy to fix the system's underlying problems. Note, this may not be the problem, just thinking out loud. Update 10/2021: Of course I had to try the brisket!! I find that going into the building is a lot better. In person, the food was good and the service was good. I have gone in like 5 times for the brisket and have not been disappointed yet. Keep it up! NEVER go here. This was always my go to place, it's literally minutes from my house. Everytime I order online for pickup/delivery here, there is always something wrong. For example: I pay for double meat, I get regular meat (verified with another bowl). I pay for a chicken bowl, I get a veggie bowl. I buy a barbacoa bowl, the barbacoa is ice cold! I just bought a bowl again today, it was drenched in liquids, soggy, just...no. I am done with this location. Going to try one of the other 2 further locations from now on.
Order was supposed to be done at 8:40 for pick up. Waited at the window for five minutes before anybody even acknowledged me. When the girl came to the window, I said picking up because she just stared at me. What?s the name she says, so I give it to her. 10 minutes goes by and I still don?t have my food. Some dude comes to the window and says what?s the name, so I repeat it again. We don?t have your order made yet. We are all out of white rice so all we have is white rice is that OK Fine I say and he laughs and walks away. It?s now 20 minutes beyond my pick up time. I will never frequent the stupid restaurant again And if I could?ve rated at a negative number I sure would have!
Do yourself a favor and avoid this Chipotle. I cannot believe how awful it is, they are ruining Chipotle as a brand. Brown guacamole, stale chips and soggy food. I ordered it ahead of time because it's difficult to go in and order with two young children... it's clear they prepped it and let it sit there for 1.5 hrs. It was not even edible. The employees clearly do not take any pride in their work. One star is generous. This is the 2nd time, many months apart, that I've had the same experience. You should probably fire everyone and start fresh... or don't bother and just close it. I certainly will never eat here again.
Very poor customer service. The night manager did not stop an altercation with 2 customers. All the customers were rejected and said online orders only. They had 5 employees in the building with only 1 person working on orders. This 1 person kept saying they he had 20 orders back to back and no one helped him. . This is how they packed our food. The store was very dirty.
