Wanted a burrito, unavailable as option. Chips taste like stale burnt grease. Changed directions to be delivered to different suite and was defaulted to original instructions instead. Did not get my $3.65 sprite either. Food was cold.
The chicken tasted off and the whole bowl was flavorless. Topped off with not too fresh lettuce. Very disappointed. The order of guacamole had chunks of the avocado skin in it.
I ordered 2 burritos with extra meat, sour cream, rice, cheese, and beans and only got the meat. I paid $38.00 for what? So disappointed in Chipotle!
Had a little confused with my order, but they were so nice and fixed it without problem!
