Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was here 2/26/24 during the lunch rush and the whole crew was fantastic! Although I had to wait 15 mins for them to prepare the steak because they ran out, I survived. My only complaint would be they trim some of the fat off the steak, but today was the 1st time a crew here has executed everything well. Chipotle has fallen off quite a bit, but if management is reading, whatever crew you guys had for the lunch rush today needs to be on more often.

Employees were very helpful, food was just ok, many items were too spicy for me, employees really tried to suggest items that were more mild. They let me try samples of a few items and I ended up having tacos which were pretty good, but I don't tolerate spicy food so would not go here again. I went with friends who wanted to go there and their meals were very good but they like spicy food.

I always get door dashed and the bowls are so small and barely any meat!Today we went in and got four bowls, the guy who helped my teenagers was so nice and actually gave us meat!Thank you for today bc the bowls were a 10/10

The last two times we’ve gotten takeout the orders been wrong this time they forgot our chips after charging us for them

Food was completely burnt and dried out, border line inedible. It was like trying to eat slightly rehydrated
