Chipotle Mexican Grill

waited an additional 10 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready. i didn’t even get the right order, on top of that it looks absolutely disgusting. couldn’t even get a refund because there’s not a single live person you can speak to about the issue and their “help” option is a joke. seriously disappointing, wish i could rate 0/5

Tried to come back again... nothing has changed. Its an hour before close. Nobody's waiting in line. Me and another person walk in. Lazy girl tells us to go order online they are short staffed.Yet they don't have anyone in line...Guess they like people going elsewhere cause I don't go online to order for nobody. KMA.
