If I could give this place A zero I would. They did nothing right at all. I walk in at 9:35 pm to order my food have to wait 10 minutes because they are cleaning and was told 5 times in that time frame they would be right with me. Fast forward 15 minutes later I order and get my food in a to go bag and I sit down and I start eating my food. Number one the food was cold and inedible (I didn't finish my food) number 2 the manager on duty states to me that the lobby is closed and that I would have to leave. They were in a hurry to go home so she thought to tell me AT THE LAST MINUTE THEY WRRE CLOSED. What a croc! I will be calling the General Manager and their corporate about this issue. 4 months ago I was in my vehicle after eating at THIS SAME EXACT CHIPOTLE. One of their crew members came up to me after me being in my car on my phone on an important phone call telling me to leave and it was private property. What gives Chipotle the right to be a cop or to hartass me while I am on public property. What gives them the motivation to assume what I am doing in my car......that is MY PROPERTY. I had a third incident with This Chipoltle where I ordered my food and it tasted like SOAP....EVERYTHING about it tasted like soap. When I approached management t and the employees IWAS IGNORED!!!!!!!!!!! THERE IS NO E CUSE FOR THIS AND I WILL BE WRITING A MAJOR LETTER TO THEIR CORPORATE AFTER I SPEAK TO THEOR GENERAL MANAGER. Because of this I will never step foot in any Chipoltle again. Thanks Broadway and Craycroft for ruining my experience and my spending with Chipotle. People like you that work there are an anacronym for very poor representation of THE CHIPOTLE brand. CONGRATS ON DESTROYING THAT IMAGE......I HOPE IT WORKS OUT WELL FOR YOU GUYS.
The food is great and made quickly. The only complaint or suggestion rather would be to correct their demeanor. No one ever says Hello when a customer walks in nor are they smiling. They all look so angry/ frustrated. Other than that, Great food.
This place has a fresh healthier take on Mexican food its delicious and has vegetarian options. It's delicious and portion sizes are huge enough for two or three helpings for me. Love it
I love this place for a quick and rewarding plant based meal.
