Chipotle Mexican Grill

“We ran out” or “we don’t have any” location. I earned a coupon for free Queso. They initially told me “we don’t have any.” Then I asked “Are you out of queso or I need to wait?” So then they proceeded to go look. Well they had queso. My coupon would not scanInitially, so they told me “it’s ok” but then tried ro charge me. ? after a few minutes the coupon worked and they tried to give me queso they had sitting out before demanding a fresh cup. Meanwhile, I was told they were out of forks and napkins.

Burnt chips, had to ask 3 times for more rice. Gave me half a container of the salsa. Everything in the burrito is cold. Failed to wrap it the first time and the second time was almost as sloppy. Can we teach the employees how to wrap a burrito?? Got guac in the first half and rice in the second

Staff are some of the most respectful and cool people. Best Chipotle in central columbus area. They go above and beyond for their customer and even look out for the uber drivers! Great job at this location!! Amiyee was the sweetest and personally deserves a raise lol

Absolutely inexcusable. I would like a response from an exuective manager after my 6yr old daughter was threatened by an employee. This place is a joke. Go elsewhere.

Why is it EVERYTIME I come into this specific Chipotle they NEVER have fajita veggies!?!
